流感不同于普通感冒，是由每年都在變異的最新(xīn)型流感病毒感染而發作(zuò)，症狀也比普通感冒嚴重很(hěn)多(duō)，會全身酸痛、咳嗽、流涕、發燒等，甚至可(kě)以直接導緻死亡，因此接種流感疫苗成為(wèi)預防流行病爆發的必要手段。

流感病毒變異性不确定，世界衛生組織（WHO）每年都會預測南北半球候選流感病毒，作(zuò)為(wèi)各疫苗企業生産(chǎn)疫苗的風向标。WHO會通過英國(guó)國(guó)家生物(wù)制品檢定所（NIBSC）來向全世界分(fēn)發流感病毒。

近日，WHO更新(xīn)了南半球2024年候選流感病毒株和相關抗原抗血清标準品：

Egg-based vaccines

• an A/Victoria/4897/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;

• an A/Thailand/8/2022 (H3N2)-like virus; and

• a B/Austria/1359417/2021 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus.

Cell culture- or recombinant-based vaccines

• an A/Wisconsin/67/2022 (H1N1)pdm09-like virus;

• an A/Massachusetts/18/2022 (H3N2)-like virus; and

• a B/Austria/1359417/2021 (B/Victoria lineage)-like virus.

For quadrivalent egg- or cell culture-based or recombinant vaccines foruse in 2024 southern hemisphere influenza season, the WHO recommends inclusion of the following B/Yamagata lineagecomponent:

• a B/Phuket/3073/2013 (B/Yamagata lineage)-like virus.
